QUICKIE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
Mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. egg noodles

Brown hamburger in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease. Add water and soup mix. Stir until bubbling. Add sour cream and flour; simmer until ingredients mix well. Serve immediately over hot noodles. Makes 8 servings.
