3 tbsp. olive oil
2 sm. white onions, chopped
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 zucchini (1/4 inch slices)
1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano

Combine oil, onion and garlic in an 8 inch square microwave-safe baking dish and cook 3 minutes on high. Stir in zucchini, seasoning and oregano. Cover and cook 3 minutes on high. Stir. Cook 3 more minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
