PINEAPPLE GINGER SALAD | |
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice) 2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. ginger ale 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Dissolve Jello with the boiling water. Add remaining ingredients except pineapple chunks. Chill until a little firm. Add pineapple chunks. Continue to chill until firm. Serves 8. |
