MARSHMALLOW SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) sm. bag marshmallows 1/4 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (can) 1/2 pt. whipping cream 20 salad cherries (cut in half) Soften cream cheese; add mayonnaise. Stir together real good, then add pineapple. Stir. Add marshmallows. Mix all together. Add in cut-up cherries. Pour in a little juice. (You need to add the juice until it turns pink.) Last, whip up with mixer the whipped cream. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Chill about 2 hours. Cover with Saran Wrap. |
