GRAPE - MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. coffee cream (liquid)
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil ingredients until thick. Allow to cool. 1 lb. seedless grapes (half red & half green) 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pecans 1 lb. mini marshmallows

Add pineapple to boiled mix. Then add this to whipped cream. Last fold in grapes, nuts and marshmallows. Chill before serving.
