POT ROAST 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can water
1 env. Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 to 6 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Place roast, vegetables, liquids, and seasonings in crock pot. Cook on low until done, approximately 4 to 6 hours.
