MOSTACCIOLI SALAD | |
1 lb. pkg. mostaccioli macaroni, cooked as directed; cool thoroughly 1 sm. jar pimento 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. cucumber, seeded and chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. garlic powder or salt 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. parsley flakes (optional) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper DRESSING: 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. vegetable oil Mix ingredients; stir well until sugar dissolves. Pour over macaroni and ingredients; mix well. Make at least 12 hours before serving, mixing a few times. |
