CHEESY SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow squash
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped cheese
4 crackers, crushed
Milk
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Slice squash and boil until tender. Drain. Add salt, pepper and butter to taste and mash. Add small amount milk. Add crackers and cheese; mix together. Put in casserole dish and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
