LEMON BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. salad oil (Puritan)
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Combine all ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning once. Grill or broil chicken 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serves 4.
