BUTTERSCOTCH GRAHAM TORTE 
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy, add 6 stiffly beaten egg whites; add 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Stir well and pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. orange juice

Boil in double boiler until thick and dribble over cream.
