BUTTERSCOTCH TORTE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. 1 c. powdered sugar

Beat together. Then stir in 1 carton Cool Whip. Put over first layer: 1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix together. Pour over cream cheese layer, then top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
