APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
1 9" unbaked pastry shell
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes. Meanwhile beat sour cream, condensed milk, juice concentrate, egg, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool, top with apple filling. Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
