SPAGHETTI PIE 
16 oz. pkg. spaghetti noodles
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
Season to taste with garlic, salt & pepper
1 carton cottage cheese
15 oz. can Italian tomato sauce
12 oz. mozzarella cheese

Cook, drain and rinse spaghetti noodles, melt butter and pour over the noodles, sprinkle over noodles with the Parmesan cheese, put all in a cake pan. Layer on top with cottage cheese.

Brown ground beef; season and drain. Add can of Italian tomato sauce, simmer approximately 15 minutes. Spread hamburger mixture over noodles and cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese is browned lightly. Serve with bread sticks, fresh salad and a fine wine.
