EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp. instant blend flour
1 can minced clams and juice
1 tsp. onion flakes
Salt
Pepper
Celery salt

Soak onion flakes in hot water. After 5 minutes, drain flakes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat. DO NOT BOIL. Serve hot.
