3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. shortening 1 c. boiling water 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved 1 c. warm water 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt Dissolve sugar and shortening in boiling water. Add dissolved yeast. Add rest of ingredients and beat with mixer. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and dip in melted butter. Let rise and bake in 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen rolls. |
