HAMBURGER MAC & CHEESE 
1 lb. ground round
1 med. pkg. elbow macaroni
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Brown meat in skillet, while boiling macaroni until tender, drain both. Add hamburger to macaroni, mix in large stove top Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients, mix gently, and simmer over low temperature until cheese is completely melted. Serve right from stove top. Serve with salad and French bread.
