SHERBET PUNCH 
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. lime, lemon or raspberry sherbet
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. ginger ale

Combine pineapple juice, sherbet and 1/2 of ice cream. Beat until smooth. Add ginger ale. Spoon remaining ice cream into punch. Serve immediately. Serves 14 (1/2 cup servings).
