HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 pkg. frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 c. cream, whipped
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust

Combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, salt and egg whites. Beat with mixer for 20 minutes. Beat cream, vanilla and powdered sugar together until stiff. Fold whipped cream into berry mixture, gently. Put into graham cracker shell and freeze at least 3 to 4 hours.
