P.'S CREAMY EGGNOG 
6 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tall cans (13 oz.) Pet evaporated milk
2 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tbsp. rum flavoring or 1/2 c. rum nutmeg or cinnamon

Beat eggs, sugar and salt in 3 quart mixing bowl. Mix in evaporated milk, cream, vanilla and rum. Chill. Pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Makes 2 quarts.
