SUNSET SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
A dash of salt

Prepare 1 package of lemon Jello as on box. Let stand until set. Beat, mix into Jello 1/2 pound of mini marshmallows, cream cheese with hot Jello, 1 medium can of crushed pineapple and a dash of salt. Beat above mixture until fluffy. Fold into this mixture 1/2 pint of cream, whipped. Meanwhile, prepare 1 package of lime or raspberry Jello and let set when former mixture starts to thicken. Pour into greased mold, beat the raspberry (lime) Jello and pour over the lemon mixture. Let stand 4 to 5 hours.
