FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 2 c. fruit cocktail with juice Pecans. 1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Bake in a greased pan at 305 degrees for 40 minutes. ICING: 1 sm. can Carnation milk 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans 1. Mix first 3 ingredients. 2. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add coconut and pecans. 4. Spread on cooled fruit cocktail cake. |
