MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
Miniature marshmallows

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix flour and sugar in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Mix butter and cocoa. Bring to boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Add eggs, vanilla and pecans; mix well. Bake in 9"x13" greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take from oven and while still warm, punch marshmallows into cake. Spread icing on cooled cake.

ICING: Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add confectioners' sugar.
