SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 tsp. Wyler's beef flavor instant bouillon
1 1/3 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate

In a large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg and 2 teaspoons bouillon; mix well. Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls. In large skillet, brown meatballs. Remove form pan; pour off fat.

In same skillet, combine preserves, ReaLemon brand and remaining 2 teaspoons bouillon. Over low heat, cook and stir 10 minutes. Add meatballs; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
