SUGARLESS COOKIES 
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. chopped nuts, if desired
2 c. seedless raisins

Combine water, butter, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Let cool.

Dissolve soda and salt in combined liquid sweetener and 2 tablespoons water. Add beaten eggs and stir in flour and nuts if used. Drop large teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown, about 12-15 minutes.
