SUGARLESS OATMEAL COOKIES 
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. reduced calorie butter
1/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, beating well. Let stand 5 minutes so that oats will absorb moisture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet. Transfer to wax paper to finish cooling. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
