EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut cooked chicken or turkey
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 c. seedless grapes
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash curry powder
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. pineapple chunks

Mix all ingredients except 2 tablespoons almonds and pineapple. Chill. Just before serving add pineapple and toss. Serve in nests of lettuce. Garnish with remaining almonds.
