ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada mix
Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese
Sliced olives
10 flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger

Make enchilada sauce according to package. Brown hamburger, drain fat. Grate cheese (about 2 1/2 to 3 cups). Add cheese and olives to cooled meat. When sauce is finished, add about 1 cup to bottom of large casserole dish. Top with flour tortillas. Top tortillas with 1/2 meat and cheese mixture. Top with remaining tortillas. Pour remaining sauce over all. Top with about 1 cup grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
