SPINACH SALAD 
12 oz. fresh spinach
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs
5 to 6 strips bacon, crumbled
Bermuda onion, sliced in rings
1 can chopped water chestnuts

DRESSING 1:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 grated onion
1 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine and shake.

DRESSING 2:
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. A-1 Sauce
1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sherry

Mix well; chill overnight (or at least 2 hours).
