1 1/2 c. non-diary creamer
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee granules
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in tightly covered container. To serve, combine 3 tablespoons of mocha mix with 1 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. For a warmer winter, give someone a package of mix in a colorful mug. Include a copy of the recipe.
