SPANISH RICE PORK CHOPS | |
1 box Spanish rice 1 can whole tomatoes 1 sm. jar pimentos 1/2 c. diced green peppers 1/2 c. diced onions Pork chops Spread pork chops out in a baking pan. Use the amount of water directed on Spanish rice box; add to rice and all other ingredients. Pour, uncooked, over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. |
