POP-UP PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix

POP-OVER BATTER:

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger. Stir in rest of ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine milk, oil, and eggs; beat 1 minute. Add flour and salt. Mix 2 minutes. Pour hot meat mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Pour batter over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
