MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can green peas
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can French-styled green beans
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green peppers, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 sm. jar pimento

Mix above ingredients together in large bowl. Cover with marinade and let sit in refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours before serving.

MARINADE:

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Bring to a boil and pour over salad.
