PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter (room temp.)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips (2 c.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour and baking soda. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs. With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture JUST until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing to rack to cool completely. Store tightly covered. Makes 100.
