APRICOT COFFEECAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can apricot pie filling
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar into large bowl. Cut in butter. In small bowl beat 2 eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.

Spread half the batter in a 9x13 pan. spread one can apricot filling evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter on top. Mix last 3 ingredients. Crumble over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 12.
