COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple No. 2 size
1 can coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla, undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until firm.
