QUICHE LORRAINE 
9 inch pie shell
8 strips bacon, chopped or diced
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, chopped or diced
1/2 c. diced ham (or more)
1 1/2 c. light cream
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

If frozen pie shell, be sure to use a deep dish one.

Cook bacon crisp. Crumble over pie shell. Sprinkle cheese, ham over bacon. Place cream, spices and eggs in blender. Mix at high speed. Pour this mixture over bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and set. Great for brunch or Sunday night suppers.
