PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) crumb crust or baked pastry shell
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. softened ice cream
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger (used 1 tsp. ground ginger)

Combine all together. Pour into crust. Freeze. Used vanilla ice cream.
