BREAD STUFFING 
1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add 1/4 cup onion to dissolved bouillon cube and simmer 5 minutes. Mix bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, sage, salt and pepper. Pour broth over bread, tossing gently to moisten. Makes enough stuffing for 4-5 pound chicken (double recipe for 10 pound turkey).
