BLACK BOTTOM CAKE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix upper ingredients together in small bowl and set aside.

PART II:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix together in large bowl. Arrange small paper tins in baking cups. Fill 1/2 full with second mixture. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture #1. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out dry. Use mini cup cake pans.
