CHICKEN LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. minced onion, optional
1/3 c. chopped green pepper, optional
4 lbs. chicken, cooked, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

In saucepan heat soup, milk, seasoning, salt. Add cheeses. When smooth and warm, set aside. Mix onion, pepper and parsley. Layer noodles into 13x9 buttered pan, cheese mixture, pepper-onion mix, chicken, bread crumbs - keep layering. Top layer is noodles. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
