PEANUT PATTIES 
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
2 c. (or more) parched peanuts

Mix; cook in medium saucepan until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in a cup of cool water and turns golden brown. Add 2 cups parched peanuts and mix. Drop on wax paper.
