CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 to 5 chicken breasts cooked, cut into med. cubes 2 cans chicken noodle soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup, do not dilute soups 2 eggs 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 6 slices bread, cubed 3/4 c. butter (oleo) Small onion (to your taste) 1 c. Corn Flakes Arrange cubed chicken in bottom of 9x13 pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter butter. Mix in bread cubes, soups, celery, cheese and eggs beaten and pour over chicken. Melt 1/4 of cup of butter, blend in 1 cup Corn Flakes. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes. |
