CHICKEN KIEV 
2 chicken breasts, split
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. dry parsley
2/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. chopped green onion

Melt butter. On wax paper, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic salt. Dip chicken in butter; roll in crumbs. Place skin side up in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Add onion and parsley to remaining butter. Pour sauce over chicken during last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
