CHICKEN KIEV 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. bread crumbs (3-4 slices bread)
1/2 c. butter
8 boned & skinned chicken breasts, halved
1/4 c. dry white wine/vermouth

Mix garlic, basil, oregano, salt and crumbs. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Dip chicken in butter then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Melt 1/4 cup butter, wine and a scant amount of dried onion. Pour over chicken and bake an additional 3-5 minutes. Serve over rice.
