CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked chicken (2 cans boned) or tuna
1 c. cooked rice (measure after cooked)
1 c. diced celery, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Crushed corn flakes
butter

Mix all ingredients. Top with crushed corn flakes moistened with 1/4 pound melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
