PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. chopped fine bell pepper
2 c. finely chopped pecans (reserve 1 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients together except 1 cup pecans. Form a ball and use the reserved cup of pecans to cover ball. Refrigerate before serving. Better if refrigerated overnight. Serves 10-15.
