PINEAPPLE-CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawery's is good)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 (1 lb.) boxes Ritz crackers

(Do not use in own juice, press out excess liquid). Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Chill; shape into 2 balls. Roll in pecans, be sure to cover well. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
