CHICKEN-RICE-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole canned chicken with broth or 2 1/4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
2 c. rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Make layers of chicken, rice, and broccoli in a well-greased casserole. Sprinkle onion soup over top layer. Add lemon juice to chicken broth and pour over all. You need 2 1/2 to 3 cups liquid. Add water to broth to make necessary amount. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees until rice is tender.
