CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 c. chow mein noodles
3 c. cooked chicken
1 can mushrooms
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
3 oz. cashews
1 can bean sprouts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Spray 9"x13" pan. Spread 1/2 noodles. Layer next six ingredients. Mix soup and milk and pour over all. Sprinkle 1/2 noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
