KATHY'S LOW FAT BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. bran flakes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
1/2 c. Karo
1 pt. lowfat buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients. Add rest and stir. Bake 15-20 minutes in muffin pans at 400 degrees. Makes 48 muffins. May bake as needed. Keep balance in refrigerator.
